Each Tonerider pickup is built using carefully selected global materials, including USA-sourced wiring, nickel-silver components from Taiwan, and fibreboard from Japan, with final winding and assembly carried out by a dedicated in-house team in Shenzhen, China. Every model uses scatterwinding techniques, digitally refined to capture the character of traditional hand-wound coils while maintaining exceptional repeatability. Distribution, design, and sales operations are managed from the UK, supporting a worldwide dealer network. In the United States, expanded availability and faster fulfillment are supported through a dedicated distribution partnership, with a large inventory of pickup sets and singles ready to ship nationwide.
